Best thing to do after a holiday sesh....

Ok so just looking for some opinoins really from you guys and what are your experiences when you come back from holidays. I got down to my desired weight before going and was steadily maintaining however went on a girls holiday last week and know for a fact I went over quite a lot with drink consumed and just eating out in general.

Should I be cutting back under maintenance calories this week to offset that extra gain....just looking for advice really, already started getting my fruits and veggies into me, something i did not have near enough of last week.

    I would wait about a week to let your sodium levels get back to normal and see if you drop any water weight. After that, if you are over your desired weight, take a small cut from your maintenance calories like you did when you were losing before and do some extra workouts to get back down to where you want to be.

    Thanks for the advice, yea went weighing myself soon as i got back and dunno if that was a good idea say my sodium levels are much higher than usual at the moment, going to hop straight back into exercise and get some good foods into me and see where i'm at next week. :)
