    Gonna start trying in about a year after I get my Implanon removed next June. I really want to get to a healthy weight before then to avoid complications...and having a doctor yell at me.

    I am right there with you! My husband and I want to start trying again soon. I have been eating right and I have also started the 30 Day Shred in addition to my walk/jog circuit.
