92 Pounds Lost Before/After Pictures.

Last summer (June-ish) I got serious about eating right and exercising more. I now eat Paleo/Primal almost 100% of the time and I love it! I've written a couple of blog posts about it here: http://www.achairofbowlies.com/2013/05/mommy-metamorphosis-80-pounds-gone.html

I've also run several races through the process including two half-marathons and I'm currently training for my 3rd half-marathon.

Before: I was about a size 20/22 and XXL or 1X.
After: Now I am a size 8ish and a S/M. I even have one dress that is size 6 that FITS me. (NSV!)

I would really LOVE to meet my goal of losing 100 Pounds and I'm so excited to be this close. :)

Most of the "befores" were taken in the Summer of 2012. Obviously the afters are quite current. :)

    What a great success story! You've come a long way. I too have run a couple half and quite a few 5k, 10k and relays. A lot of fun and a great way to clear the mind while getting exercise. Congrats!
