Hi everyone! I just joined on here last night. I'm really looking forward to learning what has been working for everyone else and to get motivated by everyone's success. This site has already made me pay more attention to what I'm eating and how much I'm burning when I work out. Good luck everyone!

    Welcome! this has been an awesome tool for me. I use my phone to track everything I eat. Its amazing how quick the calories add up. So its good to track them. Congrats on making a move toward better health!

    Hey I just joined this past week I am regular exercise walking mainly but need to lose at least 10 pounds i did not realize how many calories I was eating. Dinner is the hardest to figure out? Any suggestions on planning? I normally start dinner with a salad of romaine tomatoes and other asst veggies and 2TBPS light ranch dressing and some sort of lean protein.

    Hello everyone, I too have just joined. Looking forward to the website and iPhone app helping me to finly lose all the weight I have gained over the 12 years of marriage and now two children later. Our daughter turned 3 mo. yesterday and our son will be 9 in one month to the date. Since having my teaching contract not renewed for this year, I am taking the opportunity to hopefully lose all this weight.
    Please friend me if you would like in order to create a support group and share our tips.
