how do you add 30 shred exercises to MFP ?

Been using MFP on my iphone and have just started the 30dayshred but want to add in the exercise to my daily diary thing.. but cannot find it... would appreciate any help :) please

    Usually added as circuit training.

    I wear a heart rate monitor and add it as circuit training but put in the amount my HRM said. It is usually about 100 cals less than MPF suggests.

    The calorie burn is very much reliant on your heart rate, at my age (23) I should reach 180bpm to burn most fat. The 20-minutes workouts don't push me far enough, but the long ones do. Let me just tell you what I have burnt according to my HRM:

    30 Day Level 1: 220-235 (max bpm 175)
    No more trouble Zones (60mins): 440 (max bpm 175)
    Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (60mins): 550 (max bpm 185)

    Maybe that helps getting an idea. I am close to my goal weight and not overweight however!
