I'm new too. Joined Friday. So far I've noticed that the majority of people on this site workout wayyyyy more than I do, but everyone has been really nice and supportive as well. I think logging my food is probably how I'm going to lose weight on here since it doesn't feel great to log things like "half gallon of ice cream" and "medium pizza" lolol. ahahhah i have started to eat healthy yesterday..and i've been doing exercise for almost two months...so yeah..food may be the reason :P

Welcome! I just joined a week or two ago and tracking is helping me learn a lot about calories and portion sizes...I have had MANY people tell me that diet is far more influential for weight loss than exercise (although exercise is still really important!). Most of my fat is on my belly as well, so I think we have some stuff in common. Anyone is free to friend me0

Welcome - feel free to add me if you want to. I have a hard time losing my belly fat as well since I have PCOS - diet is the main thing and Gluten!!! If you need extra suport or help let me know - I do run a private group on Facebook that gives daily motivation and support if you are needing that as well. Sometimes just knowing you have to be accountable to others and know that they are there when you need some motivation is a great way to succeed in reaching your goals.

Hi, Been doing MFP on and off (more off) for quite a while but really need to find others, who are using MFP to get the lbs off, to support me and to keep me from falling off the healthy eating wagon. Anyone looking for a buddy to keep them extra motivated and keep them on the straight and narrow, would be good to hear from you. All my dieting friends are on Weight Watchers or Slimming World and I can't afford the £5 or so that it costs each week to go :frown: Nor do I want to be lining someone else's pocket when I know that MFP works brilliantly when I stick to it. :happy:0
