I weighed in the morning at 159.4. I am less than half a pound away from losing 30lbs!!! I still have about 15lbs to go, but I am so excited. After starting my journey to a "new me for good" at 188.8lbs I couldn't be happier & more proud of myself for not giving up & inspiring/motivating other people!

Fantastic! Congrats! May I ask how long it took you? I have about 30 more lbs to lose (just starting this journey in earnest) and I'm curious. Also, what's your calorie intake? Thanks!0

I only do cardio for the most part, which I know is bad. I'm actually planning on starting Insanity Monday. I run 5-6 days a week. I do a one hour yoga class once a week. I run between 3-5 miles a day depending on my schedule. I have found a lot of 10 minute work out videos on fitsugar.com that I really love.0 -

I started on 5/7. And I only eat between 1200-1300 calories a day. There is a lot of controversy on that, but I do what feels right to me & my body. I do also allow myself a cheat meal once a week which I didn't do at the beginning.0 -
I've lost 27 lbs so far... and looking for some extra positive support on here! Not too sure how this blogging and group things work...but I'm hoping to add some names to myfitnesspal to fuel what I've started!!!!0
