Logging in excercise/Eating excercise calories

Is anyone not logging in their excercise? According to my doc visit this week, I shouldn't be logging it in because then I would want to eat the extra calories which is pointless. I did however adjust my weekly goal to lose 1.5lbs a week just to give me a little leeway. Has anyone else been successful in not logging them in?

I'm having a hard time logging anything lately. My rebellious side is in control of the body, apparently.

Don't give into the rebellious side! Be Stronger than that!! You're holding a snake for God's sake!! I believe you have some kind of inner strength!

I log all exercise and eat back calories when I can. (If I overdo the exercise I don't eat them all back). But I try not to leave too large a deficit because I don't want my metabolism to slow down.
