I am 248 and 5'8 - My ULTIMATE GW is 148- but I will adjust when the time comes if I gain more muscle - I'd be fine with 160. I'm about 5'10 and use to weigh 195.0. I'm currently in a 4 week challenge group using the new T25 workout by Shawn T and replacing one meal a day with Shakeology. I lost 2.5lbs in the first week. Right now, I'm around 189lbs. Looking to get back to 160lb. Anyone can add me.0

Starting weight was 205, but I'm down to 192. My goal is to reach a 'healthy' BMI range, approx 150-155 lbs.

I'm 5'8". I was 224 at Christmas, and I just broke into Onederland (199!) this week. (That's 1/9 of my body weight lost!) I joined MFP about 7 weeks ago, and have lost 13 pounds since then. I'd like to lose another 20 pounds. I started lifting weights more seriously two weeks ago, so that a) my weight loss has slowed down, but that's okay because b) I'm putting on muscle in addition to losing flab. So while I'd like to end up around 180, in my head I'm thinking that probably means losing another 30 pounds of fat and putting on 10 pounds of muscle (?). Sorta guessing with the numbers there. Maybe I'll be fine at 185, so long as my middle tire is gone. Anyway, anybody can feel free to add me -- my diary is always open to friends.0

Ladies you can do anything you set your mind to! I am so close to my target of 10 stone now (only 3 lbs to go) and I NEVER thought it would be possible, it is a weight I never thought I would see. It does take time and effort but it is so worth it. I didn't even think I was that unhealthy at my highest but the change in me now when I look back at photos is unreal, I just feel so much better and fitter.
IT CAN BE DONE, keep going and stick with it and your dream goal will come true.0 -
