    Wow what a difference. I have a student who is on that diet and I cannot imagine her being overweight. She said she lost 25 kg's with it. I'm kind of doing it too now, no bread, no pasta, no potatoes, lots of salads and protein. Slowly the weight is coming off. I love posts like yours, so inspiring and encouraging.
