I have had people tell me yes and some people tell me no.0

They used to teach at Weight Watchers that any zero-calorie decaf beverage counts as water.... so I say yes!0

I put the packets in my water and count it all - including the few calories in the packets. But yes, I definitely count it as water... not sure why you wouldn't though.0

If you drink a lot of it I would make sure you log the calories but as long as I have anything without caffiene in it I count it as water. So Crystal Light, DEFINITELY:) However, I still shy away from counting my diet sierra mist as water...even though its caffiene free...I feel kind of a like a cheat if I count that;)0

I count iced tea as water intake since it's basically flavored water and zero calories.0

That stuff actually makes me thirsty, so I'm not sure it should be counted.0
