OMG, it's someone's b'day here at the office, and one of our co workers has made him a triple layer cocnut cream cake w/ strawberries! I'm dyng up here at the front desk! I must resist!

Go get a big glass of water or cup of coffee......I always try to think of how I would feel AFTER I indulged. It might taste good while you are eating it, but after you will feel like poo! Try to remember that and how good you wil feel about yourself if you resist.0

That sounds delish, it won't hurt to have an itsy bitsy sliver!!! Just a taste.....Unless your like me and can't stop at a piece.0

This is my mentality to. Or even just one bite, that way you see if it's as good as you thought.

thats me. Im a cake-aholic. can't pass it up for the life of me, so i take a peice the size of about four small bites and savor them like crazy! Then workout like crazy!

Think of as MANY gross things as you CAN that could have happened to the cake before it got to the brake room.
Someone already said that it was spit on.
Whatr about it was dropped on the floor of a gas station bathroom before it got there.
Or that it is made with worms and fly larvie! :sick:
That it is swimming in food poision. :sick:
That the person that made it had a bad infection.
Think things like that until you do not want to even LOOK at the cake little alone have a piece, If you get really good at it, you will never want cake again.

that is funny because we just had our monthly birthday celebration in our cafeteria and i did not eat any cake! i had my banana! So keep strong and don't eat it, because i find that once you eat a piece you usually want more!!:drinker:0
