Signing off for vacation

Well its been pretty intresting 5 months here on MFP (and 6 months in Baghdad)

I leave tomorrow for the states and 30 days of well earned leave.

While here on MFP i have started a dramatic change in my body and eating habits and will continue and strive for my goals every day.

I still intend to be 240 and 10% or less body fat but will need to work even harder on my next phase. I have a feeling that losing nearly 40lbs of fat is going to be easy compared to gaiing 10lbs of muscle while keeping the fat off but only time will tell.

I have a new pic, taken today after my last work out but have not down loaded it yet. you all will just have to wait to see the even slimmer and more muscle bound me.

    PS U have inspired me. I think I will set a goal to take a pic by the end of July for motivation.
