Treadmill/ Elliptical and Bike

I just bought a treadmill, an elliptical and a recumbent bike from bowflex. I love them by they way but was wondering if anyone had any advise as to how to use these to form a good training routine. Right now I alternate the bike and the treadmill for 45 minutes each morning then in the evening I do the opposite for 30 minutes as well as working up to 15 minutes on the elliptical. I am currently up to 9 minutes at a time on the elliptical (tonight gonna try 10).

    don't think it will matter what you use...only that you use them!. From what my trainer and people on this post say you will want to add in some strength training as well.
  • I use all three at the gym but I tend to alternate when I do them, the resistance on them and incline on the treadmill/eliptical. It keeps me from getting too bored and also challenges my muscles since the different inclines on the treadmill/eliptical make some muscles work harder.
