I think one cookie in moderation is okay. I was beating myself up a couple weeks ago and weighed myself this morning and had lost 7 lbs in two days, 12 pounds in two weeks. Keep trying, don't give up! And I had a large chocolate chip cookie last night. Oh so good!

Was actually planning to stop by Chik Fil A and get a chocolate chunk cookie on the way home . . . .that is until I saw that its 380 calories for ONE. Therefore, I'll be stopping by Krispy Kreme to get a donut for 190 cals - it fits my goals today (and yogurt just wont cut it).

This is true. They all get burned out and evaporate into thin air.

    Congrats on the weight loss!

I agree... Moderation is the key. I've had pizza, chocolate, Chinese..... I just don't have a lot or have it often. :)

    In for cookie porn.

Never eat a burnt cookie...unless, you know, you really like burnt cookies. Watch the oven better next time.

Do people really stress about consuming a single cookie?

I just ate a jumbo chocolate cupcake from an amazing cupcake company here in Indy. It didn't fit into my calorie count at all. I'm not stressing about it at all. Besides it's my birthday.
