251.9 miles run for the month. Shoot, I should to jog a tenth around the house.How do you guys run so much?!? My training program has me doing 2 (30 minute) runs and 1 long run for the week and I can never get more than maybe 15-20 miles in per week!
Run longer and more often?
Keep building slowly, the mileage will come. When I started running 10 years ago, I was exactly where you are right now.0 -

Holy crap, I didn't realize I did this much.

That was with a foot injury the week of the 15th and only running once that week. I am also pretty sure that I am missing one 8 mile hike and at least a couple bike rides because I do not see either of them in Endomondo for the first 2.5 weeks.
I need to kick it up a notch to get near some of the numbers I am seeing though.0 -

I run so much so that I don't get out of my car and punch some one who pissed me off in traffic while driving to work. It calms me :-)0

Ohhh I love me a good roll call. Plus it is like reading Runners World... I feel weak when I see all the mileage people are putting in.
Ran appx 35 miles. Walked at least 50. Not training for anything though right now except weight loss. When fall hits the mileage will be upped. I don't handle heat well.0 -
I try to walk/jog 4 miles every day. other days I Zumba. Considering I burn about the same amount of calories in a one hour walk as I do in a one hour session of Zumba.
