We are interested in learning about spaghetti squash. Whadaya all think, and any good recipes?

    i use it as a substitute for pasta in any dish. it is fantastic!

    I think spaghetti squash is fantastic. I like it as a side dish with butter or as noodles.

    Here are two recipes with spaghetti squash as noodles. I have made both and like both but am more partial to red sauces.

    marinara sauce!!

    or with salt, coconut oil and cumin!!!

    I love it with diced tomato sauce and a little fresh Parmesan. So yummy!
