I have noticed recently that my belly gets really really bloated while I'm working out. Is this normal?? I have been working out when I first wake up, so its usually around 6 am and doing Turbo Fire. My stomach seems really flat when I get out of bed, and then as I'm working out I feel it pushing out on my tank tops... any idea what is causing this?? And it usually last for a few hours or more.

I walk about 4 miles first thing in the morning and by the end my fingers are swollen and I'm bloated. I'm not a medical professional but my rationalization is - when you work out, your muscles need water. It calls out the water from your blood stream to keep hydrated. Does this sound logical?0

I am always bloated after a work out ... I do think it's because the muscles retain the water to help repair. It's sorta why people say don't weigh yourself after working out you will be heavier.0
