hello!! everyone, my name is Salamanca, I'm 16 years old but I'll be 17 by November 24th...
I joined myfitnesspal a long time ago, but I've been inactive. I just recently started checking on things again and I have decided to lose weight, and hopefully make some friends along the way :heart: .. I currently weigh 57.6 kg, but my goal is to be 50 kg by the end of this month, so wish me luck :smile:

    That's an awful lot of weight to lose in 1 month when you're so small to begin with. Are you sure that's a good idea :) maybe space it out over a few months and it'll be much steadier loss but healthier :)
