Must haves

What are your must have foods? I'm ready to stock up, are there foods that fill you up? What are your go to snacks?

I would recommend foods that are high in protein, which are great for post workouts to prevent lean muscle loss. Also, they make you feel fuller longer. Every week I buy things like Greek yogurt, string cheese, cottage cheese, canned white chicken breast, then I buy things like protein powder, bananas, blueberries, soy milk, nuts, peanut butter, eggs. If I make smoothies, I buy some spinach too.
