Excellent job! For those who are worried/upset that they haven't moved the scale, this post would be great motivation. Look so much different with only a few lbs on the scale!0

OK, THAT's impressive. That's only 3 months. That's not even a full semester (I still measure time in "semesters", don't ask). Can't wait to get there myself too. Thanks for the motivational pics!!0 -

Ha, thanks everyone!! :blushing: :flowerforyou:
I've been doing 30DS 4/5 a week, riding my bike, walking and riding my horse. I try to stick to ~1600 cal/day and eat back my exercise cals. I have cut way down on fast food and alcohol as well as sweets but if you look at my diary, you'll see I just can't live without a treat once a day. I drink 1/2 cups of coffee a day and water otherwise. Lots of lean meats, fruits and veggies. I try to log everything but honestly, I'm not as good at it as I should be.
I just keep on keepin on! Taking pictures and measurements has really been the key motivator for me as the scale has changed so little. I know that if I keep doing what I'm doing, the weight loss will happen. My NSV's are far more important to me anyway. This past weekend I went jean shopping and I'm now a size 11/12 which I haven't been in almost 10 years.
My thanks and blessings to MFP and my friends who have motivated me and supported me here! Wouldn't be at this point without you all!!0 -
