New Routine

So I have decided to start working out in the mornings before I go to work. This is going to be a tough change but it will be oh so much better in the long run. So many times I get home from work and I'm not able to do my exercising and it can get frustrating.
This morning I start this routine. I have to work at 7 am so I had to get up at 5am, and I was at the gym by 5:30, did half hour of cardio and a bunch of crunches. I felt awesome.
I think once I get used to this, it'll be a chinch. Once I was woke up and got moving, I felt great. Now I don't have to worry about going there in the evening. I love it. And from what I understand, early morning is the best time to work out. This is going to be a good thing for me. I can't wait to see the results! Slowly but surely!
Woohoo!!

Good for you I recently started getting up at 5:30 a.m. to do my workout too.....the hardest part is just getting out of bed but once I do that I feel great. It will take some getting used too but I started last week and it seems easier this week already.

I am excited about getting into shape. I am running 40 minutes on my treadmill right now, but would like to start some squats, push-ups, and sit-ups. Does anyone have a suggestion on which order, number of reps, how much rest in between? For instance should I do 10 squats, then 10 push-ups, then 10 sit-ups right in a row, rest 2 minutes and do it again until I can't go any more or is there a better sequence? Thanks0
