Eggs and headaches?

I bought some eggs this week, for the first time in ages, and - oddly enough - I've had a really bad headache both days I've eaten the eggs. This has never happened before, and Google seems to think that they *could* be a cause of the headache; but perhaps it's just a coincidence.

Has anyone else any experience with eggs (and/or an increase in protein) giving you headaches?

When I first started weight training I started taking whey protein, sometimes up to 150 grams a day. My stomach was queasy from having to throw back so many shakes, but I never got a headache from it. Are you taking any supplements?
  • I would think something else gave you the headache...
But it's not an eggsact science

Groan - are you some kind of eggspert?

No I've not been taking any supplements (don't really need to as I get a balanced diet) I think it might just be tiredness as I also had a headache today - and no eggs.

Hey, I don't know where you live, but it may be seasonal allergies. Here in Georgia, the season is changing and sinus headaches are norm. If your head hurts between your eyes and/or just above, that could be it.
