LOL..My breakfast was two weetabix and 11oz of premier protein shake from costco - a little higher than what you want though...34 carbs, 4 fat, 34 protein and 290 cals....Thought the 34/4/34 on the dot was funny.....0

My Quest Bars are 21/8/21 I think
I could come close if I split one. I just answered my own question. Wouldn't be a terribly fun snack. Must decide who will win; OCD or craving. 0 -

Are you kidding me? A chocolate chip cookie dough Quest Bar is a super fun snack to me. xD Especially if you warm it up a little! I was actually going to suggest half of one, but you beat me to it.0 -

Lol! Ok... That's fair. Some fruit and some cheese might get you closer. I had a small snack the other day that consisted of a plum (30 cal, 8gC/0gF/0gP) and some mozzarella cheese (50 cal, 0gC/3gF/6gP). Granted, all told that's only 80 cal, 8gC/3gF/6gP, but you could choose a fruit with a different profile or have a different kind of cheese. Or just eat more than what I did there, i.e. a plum and half of another, a mini babybel and a half of another.0 -
I ended up tweaking my dinner. I didn't come AS CLOSE as the Quest bar, but enough to satisfy my OCD lol0

I love Fage 2% yogurt (plain) which has 8g carbs, 4g fat, and a whopping 20g of protein! I throw in a little bit of peanut butter for taste. Can't go wrong there!!!0
