Where to start? I am a wife, a mother to two beautiful little girls, a full time pharmacy technician. I keep busy. I have just about 100 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight. I am looking forward to talking to all of you and hopefully getting tons of support in this process. Happy weight loss and healthy living to you all!! Tammy
