    My dad goes to the slot machines often.. it's not a good habit and it does cause a lot of pain to your family if you have one or when you get one. It's good to get off of it before it becomes an addiction but then again...your life is your life :) Hope you feel better soon!

    actually I won 2 dollars on a 2 dollar ticket, so I just bought a coke zero with cherry and left.

    I view my state lottery tickets as contributions to the state deficit. Can't say the same for the casinos.

    Some 15 years ago I was in Las Vegas gambling. I had a winning streak and won about 10 000 USD. Then I became to greedy and I lost all again. When I stopped playing I was even.

    This was a good life lesson which helped me a lot in the future.
