    dude, that's AMAZING! did you lose all of that using mfp? if not, about how much (best guesstimate) of it was lost using mfp? im new and wanted to see some sucess stories to see how well this site/app really works

    That is SOOOO awesome! I'm glad you decided to take the plunge. It's an amazing feeling, isn't it? If only I could get my hubby to do the same for himself. He's 250+ lbs, and he is showing signs of borderline diabetes.
