I just joined this site, and I'm very excited to start losing weight. I recently got engaged and I want to get a cute figure and toned body before my wedding. It is really hard for me to loose weight so I really need to stay motivated. Any support will be greatly appreciated. I am a total foodie so we will see how well this whole losing weight thing goes :) I want to exercise at least 4 times per week, but I'm usually too tired...does anyone know any good tips?

  • Welcome...an good luck! I am new to this site as well....The best workout tip I could give you is work out with a friend. If you have a friend who is already on a workout routine, even better...they will push you and keep you moving. I find when I workout alone, I am too quick to slow down or end the workout. I find my workouts go much longer with a friend.:bigsmile:
