meatball sandwich

my mom was making meatball sandwiches for the family tonight and usually I make my own meals, but this sounded amazing. I made them a healthier way though. I just made little one ounce meatballs made from ground turkey. you can add whatever spices or even onions and bell peppers to the mix, but I hate both of those so mine were plain. i baked them in the oven until they were a little brown on top.
i cut a few of the meatballs up and added a little low sodium tomato sauce from a can. then that goes on a lightly toasted 100 calorie sandwich thin. you can add a little cheese on top too, but I don't particularly like cheese (yeah I'm a tad picky :P) I also had a side of some roasted zucchini and it was amazing. it was super filling and pretty low in calories (358 for the sandwich and zucchini).
