Tummy after major weighloss?

I found this onPineterest: http://media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/1200x/bf/5f/f9/bf5ff9fe1bdd8cbecc0ba3ce6b062587.jpg
My question is .. standing my belly looks a portion like this, maybe a fourth. I have about 42 more to drop. Has anyone
had a major amount come off and face the dreaded skin sag? I worry ..I look good in certain instances, standing is still
my worst. Anyone have experience to add here? I personally hope not to get the skin removal procedure so it is Scarry.

Sorry, but it's the price we pay for being overweight. Mostly your genes will determine how much excess skin you have.

I guess with 42 more to go it's still hard to determine.
I wish I'de never grown so big. Frustrating.

I totally fear that too, saggy skin. I know exercise and weight lifting is supposed to help, so that's what I plan on doing. I will get surgery if I have to after all the weight is off, because I refuse to work so hard and still not be satisfied in the end. I admit it, I am very vain.

I have it and I could care less. It's not noticeable until I get nekid, lol. I will keep working at getting that area to the best I can get it but I'm too dog gone old to care how I will look baring my belly in public as I have never done that one nor will I ever.

I had a ton of extra skin on my belly even before my weight loss because I had twins. Now it looks pretty rediculous. The belly skin doesn't bother me nearly as much as the extra skin on my legs. Now that's gross. Oh and my face. I look like I've gained 10 years. :(
