Struggling...

Hey everyone,
I'm having such a hard time right now. I've currently moved to a different country to live with my boyfriend and his family. I don't have much access to money to buy my own food because I don't have a job yet and his family only buys bad food. By "bad" I mean cupcakes and frozen chicken nuggets and just crap food. Hardly any vegetables or fruits. No ACTUAL meat. No nothing. It's all crap. Literally the only thing I can eat all day is cereal or deep fried "chicken" nuggets. They all have gym memberships but never go. I try to work-out in the house but I get screamed at for "banging on the floor" and being loud. I don't know what else to do. I'm in a big city, so I'm not comfortable walking around alone (I used to live in a REALLY small town) and I'm just feeling rundown. I want so much to complete this journey. I really want to try this time but things keep popping up and ruining it. I know I can't rely on anyone but myself but I feel like I have no options. I eat sugary cereal all day or starve, neither of which are conducive to weight loss. I try to do work outs at home but get yelled at. I just feel lost!
At the beginning of all this, everyone was on my side. We went to the gym roughly 4 times a week all together and I was doing good. For a month I lost ten pounds but then everyone else went back to doing nothing all day! No gym, no good food, no nothings. I've gained back half the weight I lost and I feel like a failure. I want to keep doing this but I feel like I can't.

I have a husband who is amazing but he is also a snack food lover. I also have three kids so the snacks are everywhere in my house. I know what it is like to be surrounded by a bunch of junk to eat. I fortunately have the options of healthier food, but I find it hard sometimes to make the right choices. I try to ell my husband that he is making it hard for me but he feel that I am the one making the change and nobody else should have to "suffer" because of it. My kids eat very healthy but they still get snacks here and there, but my husband eats garbage, and it is hard to steer clear of it when he is constantly waving it in my face. As far as the exercise goes. whoever is telling you that your too loud invite them to come work out with you. this way thy are no disturbed they are participating.0

I'd talk to your boyfriend about it, and consider getting your own place, or going back home. I know it's harsh but it's your health or your relationship probably at this point, especially if he's not supporting you either... which IMO he should at least try to do if he really cared about you and realized how important it is for you.
That, or buy and cook your own food, get a gym membership and workout there.0 -

I'm agreeing with this. Move out. Living with your boyfriend's parents is not a good idea anyway, imho.0 -
I know what it is like to not have a lot of family support or money while trying to lose weight. However, if your health is important you, you have to do what ever it takes to care of yourself. Perhaps outdoor exercises such as bike riding, jumping rope, or walking would work best for you, since you can not workout inside. Also, until your financial situation changes, try to decrease your portions somewhat every week, and drink lots of water. These are a few thing that have worked for me. Lastly, as you can see, my fitness pal is an excellent way to get the support you need for weight loss. Good luck, and what ever you do, don't give up on you.0
