Jillian Micheals?

So I have 8lbs left to my goal weight. :) and I bought a bunch of jillian michaels videos. I did the 30 day shred with out counting calories and lost 4lbs. :) but I would run a Mile with it.
Now I am doing ripped in 30 and I LOVE IT. But I am too tired to run after it so, I put on leg weights with it!

I was wondering if anyone got good results with doing Jillian's Workouts? I love her.
:) I'm trying to lose my last 8lbs by November 3rd because its
My 21st birthday!

Anyway, what is everyone's opinions of her workouts? Any suggestions? :)

I don't burn as many calories as with other videos (like bob harper). I really enjoy her kick boxing video. I did 30 day shred several times and I feel strength from it.
  • What I do is I eat 1500 calories a day, but I don't add in my exercise calories, so it's really like I'm eating 1200-1400, my hrm tells me
I burn like 120 cals doing her videos. But this seems to work for
    Me.

I have Ripped in 30, 30DS, and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I am a fan of all 3 of those. I definitely noticed a difference in upper body strength while doing 30DS. I know of a lot of other people who have had amazing results with 30DS as well.
  • I have no more trouble zones also, I heard there is no cardio in it though.. I might run a mile with that one

I own just about everything she's put out except for the kettlebell workout and love them all. I'm currently running through Body Revolution and it's great! I'm pretty light and losing just a few vanity pounds (about six) so I have to push it really hard and do cardio everyday to get a high enough burn (because I just can't function on 1200 calories; I aim to burn 450-550 in exercise, eat ~1650, my sit-on-your-*kitten*-all-day burn is ~1750-1800) but it's amazing. My stomach has never been this flat (and I'm about 5 weeks in).
I've been maintaining a 50+ pound weight loss for a few years and JM's videos have been incredibly important to this (as well as the weight loss process) as I didn't have a gym membership or access for quiiiite some time and sometimes I just don't have the motivation to do my own thing.
Honestly I love all of her workouts and recommend all of them haha.
