brazil butt lift?

Has anyone done the Brazil Butt Lift? Any thoughts and or experiences about it?

I will not get it right away but just thinking of other workouts to do after awhile. currently just started hip hop abs today.

I like to follow with a video (preferably)

    I have it and LOVE IT! It’s one of my favorites…it’s fun. Another one you may like is Hip Hop Abs…it’s more like dancing…but is a great workout as well :smile:
