Hi, this is my first post on here. I recently finished up hitting my goal of 100 lbs. lost (dropping from 286 to 186). My goal is to stay in the mid-180 lb range. My problem is that although I've hit my goal, I don't look the way I want to. I generally do at least 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training at least 3 days a week. I'm becoming discouraged by not seeing results as quickly as I was when the weight was coming off. Should I continue this routine and give it time? Or does someone out there have good suggestions on the most efficient way to tone up loose skin?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Loose skin can take a while to catch up some have even reported 1-2 years. Don't be discouraged by that. Continue your weight training, and your body will keep changing. It doesn't happen quickly so don't get discouraged.
You've done a geat job, and have accomplished so much!0 -
OK, thanks for the advice. I'll just try and be patient with it.0
