Favorite Smoothies?

Options
Hello everyone!

I was wondering what everyone favorite smoothies are? Looking to add some different ones in but I am lost for ideas!

I tend to use smoothies for my breakfast, as I find it much easier to drink in the morning then to actual eat something.

My go to smoothie right now is:
1 banana
1 cup Skim milk
1 teaspoon peanut butter

I am also a huge fan of green smoothies, especially if they include mango! And usually use almond meal/flour for a protein source!

I drink the same smoothie on most days.
    1 cup milk
    blueberries (about 1 cup)
    strawberries (about 1 cup)
    banana
    spinach (the more the better)
yogurt (about 3 tablespoons, most of the time, unless I'm out)
pb2, unsweetened cocoa (1 teaspoon, sometimes)
ice (to make it cold; or water if I was using frozen berries to make it looser)

It tastes good; the berries mask away the spinach. I used to do the same replacing orange with milk but now I find that a bit too acidic.
Sometimes I'll replace the berries with mango; or the milk with pineapple

It results in a lot -- like 32-40oz -- but everything is healthy and its filling

What a great topic. I discovered smoothies are a dieter's staple. Very filling. If you use LOTS of ice, it is just as filling, but "calorie conscious".

I use very little milk, lots of ice, protien powder, definitely half a banana, maybe a little other fruit. If I have left over brewed coffee (as long as it's not burnt from sitting for a long time) , sometimes I add that.

i have a smoothie for breakfast and lunch every day. i use a nutribullet

    spinach
    frozen fruit (unsweetened)
3 tbsp vanilla non fat yogurt
scoop of protein powder - unflavoured
    tbsp chia seeds

Banana, apple, strawberries, blueberries - I call it my dessert and eat it with a spoon because its quite thick.

I love your idea of adding peanut butter, gotta try that!

I use the magic bullet, you just wash the cup rather than the machine.
