Has anyone tried or know anyone who has tried/doing this diet.

My partner is thinking about doing it but it seems to be removing a hell of alot of food out of her diet.

Let me know your thoughts or findings!!!

  • My mother got onto this diet some time ago and within 6 month she had lost around 10kg without starving herself and very moderate exercise. She was not a very large woman so it was pretty impressive. She had various other health concerns such as high blood pressure and cholesterol, within 6 months everything was back to normal with no medication.

I tried it for some time and genuinely felt better for it, although I have been slacking lately.
The nice thing about it is that you aren’t really dieting as you don’t starve yourself, you just changing what you eat.
Give it a go, its worth it.

A friend of mine who is a nutritionist uses it. Not for weight loss but for health. I`m not sure if it`s the actual diet she uses, but I know she`s told me that she can`t eat red meat because people with her blood type don`t digest it properly. I know that she`s very careful about what she eats.

If the diet is constricted to only those foods that are digested properly, it may make sense for her to do it. It`s like looking at a food allergy. There are lots of sources of those essential vitamins so taking a single food out of the the diet shouldn`t hurt anyone.
