Hi. Can I ask some questions about weight loss? Have anyone try eating fruits as dinner at night and eat normal meals in the morning and afternoon?
If yes, does it works? Is it a good plan for long term weight loss?
Hope to hear feedbacks from you.
Thank you.

The only good plan for weight loss is something you can sustain for the rest of your life.
It doesn't matter what you eat, when you eat, where you eat, if you're an alien, a dog, a human being or an ant.
You just have to eat at your goals and needs to see progress.0 -
Only if you are planning on eating fruit for dinner for the rest of your life...It won't work for me - I like meat and veggies and pasta for dinner....
Just eat within your calories - and make sure you get enough protein.....0 -
You lose weight by eating less calories than you burn. That can be cupcakes, fruit, rice or any other food. What you eat isn't nearly as important as how much you eat.0

this. eating a varied, nutritious diet at a deficit..but not too big a deficit...is how you lose weight. While eating just fruit for dinner sometimes is perfectly fine, since fruit is good for you, its probably not what you want to do long term. I would also be extra careful about making sure you get plenty of protein at your other meals, since there isn't any, or much, in fruits.0 -
