I am finally in the "normal" weight category!

I just wanted to share a huge success (at least in my eyes, lol). I've finally gotten to 140.0 from 175 last year. 175 which is considered obese for my height of 5'3". However, I am finally NO longer considered "obese" or more recently even, "overweight." I am finally in the normal category and this really means a lot to me.
While this is not my goal weight, it still really means a lot because I've been struggling so hard to get there with being more strict with myself on my diet, or lifestyle change if you will. I just really wanted to share because I am just so overwhelmed and happy and I never thought I'd see that weight on the scale. I am so happy I could cry

Congratulations on your success.
I also achieve a BMI of 24.9 after many months. MFP has been great help on this achievement.
Now for the maintenance, I have changed my deficit to TDDE-10% and I am focusing more on lifting.
I am tweaking my nutrition plan to increase protein goals.
Good luck in your journey0 -
