How much do you weigh now? What was your start weight? And what is your goal weight?

My start weight was about 15stone, and my goal weight is 11 stone, but I think I'll be perfectly happy with 12 stone, we'll see how I feel when I get there!

    I'm 5'9 (well almost). ;-)

    Start weight - 190
    Current weight - 182
    Goal weight - 150

    I'd be happy with anything between 145-155 though. I want to give myself a goal, and a goal range. Because from experience you are never always that goal weight.

    5'11", though my profile says 5'10" just to be safe. :)

    Starting weight: 193
    Current weight: 189
    Goal Weight: 150-160

    I actually have goal measurements of 36-26-35 and a goal size of 6, so whatever weight I hit those measurements is fine. In my experience, that's around the 155 mark.

    Hi, I'm 5'9"
    I have fluctuated from 9.5 stone to well over 12 stone over years due to my constant bingeing. I'm currently 150lb ( 10 stone 10lb) but want to feel better, healthier and more relaxed in my skin, so will be happy at 10stone (140lb) but ideally want to be 134lb or there abouts. But I have age, laziness, lack of activity, binge eating, comfort eating, lonesome eating and self harming eating to contend with - But I will succeed :tongue:

    I'm 5'9 and my starting weight was 172.2 pounds. I'm at about 149 now but I was 146ish...I recently started a new workout routine and found myself gaining a ton of muscle so Im find with maintaining my weight as long as Im sticking with losing inches for now but I hope to eventually make it to 135 pounds as my ultimate goal. Afterwards Ill probably focus more on strength and gaining muscle and getting toned.

    Start: 178 lbs
    Current: 162 lbs
    Goal: 152 lbs

    Dream: 145 lbs

    I was 142 for a very short time after my son was born. Not sure if I can get there and stay there, so shooting for closer to 150.

    I'm currently 134lb, down about 24lb. On paper that weight for my height is small but I still have a really large stomach. I am small every where except the stomach which gives me a weird shape and I just look ridiculous. So I will keep plodding on.
