Tapas

I'm going out tomorrow night and happily the evening includes tapas :-)

Not sure what to log for it tho and want to keep it as accurate as possible so if anyone has any values for restaurant portions of any of the following I'd be really grateful:

Potatas Bravas

Berenjenas Fitas (aubergine chips fried and drizzled with honey and sea salt)

Champinones con Jerez (mushrooms cooked with onion, thyme, paprika, sherry and cream)

Garbanzos con Espinacas (chickpeas with spinach and Morrocan spices)

    the google didn't give you any values? the good thing about tapas is that they're already pretty portion controlled, especially if you're sharing with others. have a little bit of everything and log estimated values if you need to.

    I have managed to cobble something together from Google searches...going to stick to the veggie options but still going to rack up about 900 cals on four portions...still, I shall enjoy it :-)

    olives, seafood, carpaccios and raw preparations, dips, grilled preparations. if you want to keep calories in check just ask if the fried preparations can be served grilled instead
