Very busy father looking to get back on track

Finally back on the MFP track and fill like things are going good. Did this once before and lost some good weight but a lot of life changing events happened and I put it back on. I know from the first time how important it is to have support of my MFP friends and also to give support to others. I always love getting the little notes from yall that make me know there are people out there that care how I am doing. Looking for friends that fill the same way and want to help each other along the way. I love sports, and my workout intrest are running, biking, and swimming. Hope to meet a lot of you soon.
