I've been on here for a week or two now and so far I'm really enjoying it I didn't join to try and lose weight, but instead to try and get healthier. I'm very visually motivated, so being able to see how much of what I eat each day and the things each of those foods does for me nutritionally, as well as seeing the toll the workouts takes, is really good for me! So far I've been really good about keeping track of everything, so I'm very proud of myself! Hopefully I will stick with it so that I can develop healthier eating and exercise routines.

That's awesome! Keep it up! The first time I started using My Fitness Pal, I lost 25 lbs in 3 months. I was so excited. Like you said, I eat better by seeing what I'm eating. I'm still trying to lose 20-30 more pounds, but I feel so much better knowing it's actually been working. GOOD LUCK!0
