I guess I am a seasonal eater. I have found it easier not to overeat this summer. I just had pizza but also had cut up cucumber, tomato, cantelope to have also. This keeps me from eating too much pizza. I love squash from the garden, green peppers and all the other stuff. I love cottage cheese, applesauce, the cold stuff.

Now winter is a different story, I don't care for these cold items then. I want Chinese buffet with hot tea, hot sandwiches. Any suggestions for winter foods, soups and beans and low cal hot choc help. Holidays definitely make it harder from Nov-Jan., I am definitely going to have to be more aware, a lot of temptation there.also stress, I gained 14 lbs last winter so I want a plan. Ham for the holidays, think we will do turkey this time. I don't want cold protein shakes in the winter like the summer. What do ya eat in the cold months that help you keep your weight down. I do like coffee.

    Autumn for me.
It's when all of my favorite recipes are in season, and I tend to go bonkers trying to pick what to eat.
    It's all so good! ヽ(●゚´Д`゚●)ノ゚
