LOW CARB AND DOESN'T EVEN TASTE LIKE CAULIFLOWER

RECIPE:

1 cauliflower
4 scoops vanilla whey protein
2 scoops oats
skim milk

HOW TO DO:

Throw the cauliflower away. That's gross, man.
Mix the rest and freeze.
