I keep my meals around 300-400 calories by making tortilla or pita wraps that usually consist of 2-3oz of chicken breast, chopped up sweet mini peppers, onion, tomato and sometimes guacamole. I usually cook the veggies in a pan.

Otherwise my list usually looks like this:
    3 large mangos
    cucumber
    mini peppers
    apple
    pear
    bananas
    grapes
    strawberries
tomatoes - i love putting the little ones in the oven/grill with a spray of olive oil and seasoning
    pineapple
    eggs
    hummus
    avocado or guacamole
    milk
    small tortillas or pita

Mine varies, because I plan a menu every weekend for the next week, but the most common things I buy are:

Lean ground turkey (I pass it off as ground beef, my family hasn't noticed yet)
    Eggs
    Chicken

    Sweet Potatoes
Apples (golden delicious-cut them in half, sprinkle with cinnamon and pop them in the oven. Amazing!)
    Romaine Lettuce
    Tomatoes
    Cucumbers
    Green Peppers
    Broccoli
And one frozen veggie for emergencies
    Strawberries
    Spinach

    Yogurt
