Sugar and Exercise

Okay, this may sound stupid, but I burned over 600 calories exercising today. After my exercise myfitnesspal said that I had burned off all of my sugar for the day and it was at 0 grams. I entered in my dinner and then myfitness pal re-added all of my day's sugar plus the sugar from dinner. It said I went over 6 grams of sugar?
Did I really? Is that bad? How am I supposed to keep up my net calories without having too many carbs/fat/protein/sodium/sugar.

Most of us ignore the sugar setting on here since it doesn't distinguish between processed sugars and fruit sugar.0

I think most people look at these values as guidelines, not rules. They're more useful to nudge you in the right direction if you have a diet that's unbalanced (say you consistently eat very little protein), but some extra sugar or fat here and there are meaningless.0
