Sugar and Exercise

Okay, this may sound stupid, but I burned over 600 calories exercising today. After my exercise myfitnesspal said that I had burned off all of my sugar for the day and it was at 0 grams. I entered in my dinner and then myfitness pal re-added all of my day's sugar plus the sugar from dinner. It said I went over 6 grams of sugar?
Did I really? Is that bad? How am I supposed to keep up my net calories without having too many carbs/fat/protein/sodium/sugar.

Most of us ignore the sugar setting on here since it doesn't distinguish between processed sugars and fruit sugar.0

I think most people look at these values as guidelines, not rules. They're more useful to nudge you in the right direction if you have a diet that's unbalanced (say you consistently eat very little protein), but some extra sugar or fat here and there are meaningless.0

Thanks you two! I've got to remind myself not to get too carried away.0
