No weight loss on 1300 cals

I have been doing a rapid fat loss diet for 9 days now. I eat about 200g of protein, fish oil, a bit of low fat cheese and some vegetables, but I haven't seen any weight loss.
Why is that? Any thoughts?

I'm 6'1, 176lbs, BF% ~14

  • I don't use that diary, I have no use for that, I prepare my food once a day so I calculate it all on the spot for the day. I also fast 20-24 hours daily.
    My diet was and is pretty much the same during these days - 1000g of chicken breast, a scoop of whey protein, 30g of low fat cheese, 1.5 teaspoons of fish oil, 500-800g of vegetables (cabbage, cucumbers). The amount of vegetables varied, but it was said that they could be eaten as much as one pleases. Haven't had any cheat meals.

    By the way, I don't know if this matter. When I started fat loss in May I was 211 lbs. I did a moderate diet then.
