Hiiiiiii i'm New

Hi I'm new to this and don't really know what to do with it any help would be greatly appreciated. How do i know what i can eat?

    Hi Laura

    Theres two different schools of thought here - one which I subscribe to which is if it fits the calorie limits and your macros then within reason have what you want though if you eat fast food or high calorie treats its going to take you to your calorie goal pretty quickly. So make a few friends with open diaries and have a little nose and see what they are doing foodwise and hopefully they will also encourage you in your plans. Others say you must eat clean with heaps of lean meats fruit veggies etc and no "treat" food - its up to you which approach you adopt. I would say if you exercise try and eat back most if not all the extra calories you are given as this is a long term thing not a quick fix and is about changing lifestyle and not a diet.
