After not logging for a few months, I found this new motivation out of nowhere really.. My friend would text me and tell me to log, and one day last week I just started logging again.. and now I'm obsessed with it.. I love this new determination within me and I'm looking for new friends on here, because I found that it helps motivate!

    I just found this site about 6 weeks ago and I'm obsessed with it too, it's been such an eye opener, I wish I knew about it about 50 pounds ago :S I've added you :)

    You sound like me. I was on here before and then just stopped logging...but I am back now and have been doing ok. I too am looking for new MFP friends as the ones I had before, well, most of them have been gone a long time as well! I need to have people on here to help keep me accountable and for motivation!!     I'm addicted to logging my food each day. Today I ate too much. If I ate every day for 5 weeks like I ate today, I would lose .2 pound. Tomorrow will be better. It is so helpful to know what I'm consuming. It amazes me how much I can eat in a day and not realize it. Keeping a diary is the best.

    And yes, I don't know why, but I'm now totally addicted to logging EVERY thing.. and it helps SO MUCH! I love it.. love this feeling of control..

    People are welcome to add me - I've been using MFP since June 15th of this year and started with Fitbit One on May 27.

    I am 5'3" and will hit my first mini-goal of weighing under 200 lbs soon (I hope!)
