Hi All
New to this getting fit thing and have been on MFP for 10days now. Just wondering as I'm measuring calories burnt at work if I should be adding these in day by day or if this would be already accounted for in my initial setup? My intake allowance is 2300 and I'm burning around 2600 at work? Any thoughts appreciated......

Your work is counted already in your set up.
You only have to count the extra exercise what you do in a day0 -
the activity factor you choose should reflect the work you do. E.g. if you're a lumberjack or work on a building site or something, you should choose a high activity factor. If you sit at a desk all day, choose sedentary. Your calorie goal should include this, then you log and eat back calories from exercise you do, not daily activity.0
